Jitsa’s meticulous planning, disciplined coordination, and on-ground engagement ensured the podcast overcame initial challenges, such as limited digital infrastructure in Asind and guest hesitancy due to the unfamiliar podcast format. Growing up in rural Asind, Jitsa was surrounded by the stories of community leaders, folk wisdom, and Rajasthani traditions, which instilled a deep sense of purpose and cultural pride. His professional journey took a significant turn during his three-year tenure at L&T, where he experienced the stark contrast between true leadership and mere authority. Initially, Jitsa worked under an empathetic and inspiring manager who fostered a collaborative and productive work environment, empowering the team to thrive. However, when a new manager with a “boss mentality” took over, prioritizing output over team well-being, the workplace became toxic, marked by stress and disconnection. This shift led to the team’s disintegration and Jitsa’s eventual resignation, but it also became a defining moment. It inspired him to write The Silent Power, emphasizing that true leadership lies in influence, empathy, and creating environments where people feel valued. This experience, combined with his rural roots, has shaped his commitment to fostering self-awareness and social change through authentic storytelling.
